FALL 2008 LESSONS
Competency at duplicate derives
from both lessons and play. To that end we strongly recommend Bid & Play
as the perfect means for the aspiring player to improve. Each lesson begins
with a half hour discussion of key duplicate bidding principles. Initial
lessons will introduce the basic mechanics of duplicate, including strategy,
scoring, etiquette, and rules. Excellent color handouts. During the 2 hour play
period the student is urged to ask questions about any facet of bidding or play.
$10 per lesson. Teacher: Guy Germer
